1. Prepare your pet’s photos

Choose clear, well-lit photos showing your pet’s face, coat markings and full body. Front and side views are helpful. Avoid heavy filters, blurry images and photos that hide important details.

2. Choose a size and pose

Visit our product page to explore available sizes and current prices. Decide whether you would like a sitting, standing or lying pose. Sitting and standing figurines are measured by height; lying poses are measured by length.

3. Confirm your custom details

Contact us before ordering to discuss your reference photos, preferred pose and any special details. We will help clarify your request and explain how to send your photos. If you have already placed an order, include your order number when contacting us.

4. Your keepsake is made to order

Your figurine is sculpted by hand using your reference photos. Handmade pieces have individual variations. Production time is separate from shipping time, so please confirm the current estimate for your destination before ordering—especially if you need your figurine for a particular date.
